This is an excellent tool to know my account balance, credits and debits etc. To perform payment to different services. One thing it lacks is it doesn't show the hour, minute, and seconds the transaction was performed in the mini statement. So I'm going to give it 3 stars.

I can't login to this app anymore, it keeps on telling me that the app will close to protect me because my device is rooted, therefore unable the rooted tools from your mobile. I don't know where on earth do I found the rooted tools either how to unable them. I've tried reaching NMB customer service number yet they can't offer any help, they keep on shadowboxing the source of the problem to my network providers or my mobile.

Hello it makes difficult Everytime I try to activate the NMB mkononi app, it keeps saying activation failed, at first it had no problem, this started when I started using a different phone. Help me fix the problem kindly please
