This review is strictly about the app. The hardware is excellent. My two main issues: - App tries to connect to the internet every time you open it. Incredibly annoying on the subway when I often don't have service and just want to adjust immersion. - Sound profile doesn't provide any information, just a graphic. I want to know what the graphic means! I read the support article about it, only mildly helpful.

The headphones are great and the app will be too as soon as it stops freezing while connecting. Since day one with the nuraphones the app has refused to connect without a process of airplane mode, restarting the phone, toggling on and off Bluetooth. After you crack the code and the app behaves as it should these headphones are unparalleled. Please fix your app and I'll fix my review to reflect how amazing the listening experience is on these headphones!

The nura headphones are exceptional. The app sucks. I usually use my headphones wired than bluetooth but every time I put them on I have to go thru the whole you have to connect to Nura servers to verify its you. Then half the time they don't work until I unplug, go to bluetooth, connect and then go back to wired and hope they work. Why do that have to keep verifying its me if I keep paying the fng bill. Please fix this..Its irritating as all get out.
