The Pavlok 3 device is a unique wearable that allows you to train your mind and body to break bad habits, form healthy ones, and achieve your daily and long-term goals.

The device pairs with a companion app to offer core features and functionalities that work together to help keep you motivated, mindful, and focused throughout the day. Together, these core features enable you to receive haptic stimuli in the form of chimes, vibrations, and electrical impulses, as well as send haptic push notifications to the device using SMS/text and phone calls.

Pavlok app also includes a new “Workflows” feature, which allows selected contacts to send you push-notification stimuli via SMS/text or with a phone call.

The Pavlok 3 device is designed to be worn all day and has a battery life of up to 5 days. It’s also waterproof, so you can wear it while showering and swimming. I used to have problems updating for about a year. Multiple emails sent to the company never heard anything back. Customer service just has never been there over the three years and five devices I've owned. But hallelujah someone finally fixed the updating issue. Now maybe they can fix the disable snooze setting to actually work. Notably better app design that the last two applications. Somebody must have fired the old devs

I'm editing my review because the team addressed almost every one of my issues with the app/SC MAX that I mentioned previously! Devs, I'm sorry it took me so long to change this :) BUT, there's still a long way to perfection. There are still some huge issues that existed when I used the SC 3, namely with puzzles not appearing on the app, so the watch goes off shocking you indefinitely with no way to deactivate... HOWEVER.. I have faith that they'll fix these issues with time. 5 star goal? ;)

ETA: I appreciate the gesture of a response but telling ppl to email support when all support can say is "these are all issues that are ongoing and we are working on. It sucks. Sorry." is not a good look. My pavlok unpairs from the app constantly. I can try to look at the previous night's sleep data and moving a date over bricks the app. The alarm needs to go off at a certain time? It might unpair while you're setting alarms and you wake up late wondering why the 5 alarms you set didn't go off.
