This is the app that gives you control of your security system and it couldn’t be easier.

- Arm and disarm your system from anywhere in the world

- Check the temperature in every room or floor and across the whole home

- See which doors and windows are open or closed. If you arm your system with windows left open, you’ll get an alert.

- Check that family members have arrived home safely

- View your security system’s activity log.

- Easily check that everything is fine at home with an on-demand photo when the system is armed

- Turn your lights and appliances on and off with your smart plugs

- Lock and unlock your home remotely with your smart lock

- Manage secure access to your home for family members and friends

Terrible app. It rarely shows the correct status of my alarm which causes issues when it's being accessed on a phone, saying it's OFF when it's On etc. Widget is completely useless and fails to load on every touch.

For over 2 years the app intermittently hasn't updated history so it's impossible to be sure if the alarm is armed or disarmed. This occurs on numerous devices and also the website. Not good when app is being used to keep an eye on a vulnerable family member. A useless app considering how expensive PhoneWatch is.

Heretofore I was happy with phone watch service and the app. Updated app three days ago. Now not working properly: some minutes to load and after another couple of minutes the homepage says status unknown. I still receive notifications on the phone when system is armed or disarmed from the master. Phone Huawei p20 pro emui 12.0.0
