Terrible app experience so far. Created account from code via website so I know that my login information is correct, but cannot log in to app no matter what I do. This is a TERRIBLE change. I wonder if this is connected to the currently failing Sharp migration to the EPIC system, where imaging and documents are being lost completely? The prior app FollowMyHealth was much better and streamlined.

Can't get this to work, when I try to set up account it sends an email as 2 step verification. When I switch to email account to get the code then go back to Shap app is back to the main screen and no way to get back into the code verification page. It seems other people have had this issue. Did anybody try this app before releasing?

I can't log in even after I was sent a code. My surgery is also on hold now because their site doesn't have my surgeon active. I now have to put my jobs on hold because they can't get it together. Very frustrating. Why did this go live with so many problems? I'd rather rate it no stars because I can't do anything.
