This app is terrible. Full of glitches. My husband has constantly complained about it so I downloaded it to my phone to test it. Messages, if they load at all are extremely slow to load. Family members, can't add family members it's just not going to happen. Driver pay, takes forever to load. Contacts, slow to load if at all. Horrible app. We both have android phones but different make and model. Seriously need to address the issues please.

Constantly receive 500 internal server error, whenever attempting to load messages. With the Qualcomm outages, this makes receiving important load information and weather master updates impossible. This has been going on since mid 2019 (almost 3 years!)... Perhaps some server maintenance or an app update is necessary? Also, the password saving feature hasn't worked since then either. If the app can't be remedied, can we at least get a link to a mobile website or something?

It's like upgrading an Iphone....new version is worse than the last. Just curious, why does the app login password require more mixed characters than the IRS...or Wells Fargo Bank....or the bank vault at Fort Knox? Save password my a$$. That quit working when they fixed the ability to send messages. I would trust a first week Swift driver to back down a farmers winding dirt road 10 miles and bump the loading dock on the first try, at night, in a blizzard, than expect a fully functional update.
