The e-learning platform offers the following features to support your change process within the company:

· A variety of modules to choose from, such as: Lead in Change, Change Toolbox, Transformationality, Agility and more.

· Entertaining audiovisual learning units

· The opportunity to talk with colleagues about the different learning contents. This creates a direct link to your change process.

· Small and larger challenges to apply the knowledge of a lesson directly in the professional life.

 

Interactive learning for successful transformation processes

So that new knowledge about the change process can not only be recorded, but also tested directly in everyday life, the ChApp has various functions that make it easier.

· Audiovisual input
With 3-4 minute shots, complex knowledge is conveyed comprehensibly

· Exchange forum
Each lesson contains a question that encourages both self-reflection and exchange with work colleagues. To promote the exchange, a forum can be used. Here it is possible to start new discussion topics and to respond to contributions from colleagues.

· Challenges
After exchanging with colleagues, the learned change process knowledge is applied in the working world. For this purpose, each lesson has several challenges with different difficulty levels and processing effort.

· Gamification
With each completed challenge, "learning points" are credited to the user's profile account. The harder a challenge is, the more learning points are earned at the conclusion.
At certain milestones (number of learning points), new learning titles are reached.

· Contacts
All employees of a company using the ChApp will be displayed in the contact list. This promotes internal communication without you having to send friend requests.

· News
A classic short message function, as we know it from social networks, supports communication - across departments and hierarchies.

· Newsfeed
The news feed is an overview page based on the principle of "everything relevant at a glance". New modules, campaigns or lessons are displayed here. Started challenges as well as answers to a personal post in the forum are also recorded in the newsfeed.

· Change News
As a company, you can provide all employees with news that is permanent or only available for a limited period of time. These can be credentials for further education or photos from the last change workshop.
