The "more details" button on my Visa account doesn't work! This is where yoy see the amount and date of payment due, plus outstanding transactions! It's pretty important. Called and waited an hour to speck to tech support. Basically, "I don't know why your button doesn't work, It works on my friend's account"! God!!! This is so frustrating!!!! Get it right before you implement it!!!!

Not ready for prime time... Initially, I thought downloading the app might be more efficient than using the web browser to check balances etc.. Unfortunately, most times I was not able to use the app and reverted back to the browser which worked without fail. I removed the app and re-installed and a couple of times I was able to use the app. I tried the app several times recently and have not been able to access using wifi or cell data which is troubling. So, put me down as unsatisfied..

This app is not optimized at all. Whoever is programming this app needs to be fired, I was hoping my problems would be fixed with updates, but that isn't the case. It takes a good minute for the sign in screen to load, then it takes another full minute to get into the app. When you try to transfer money, 90% of the time it makes a blank screen and you have to restart the app to try again, and yet again it will do it to you. Screw this app. I use it as little as possible
