Ratings and reviews

Platform is brilliant re user interface and availability for work. What seems to be problematic - app language randomly changes to french and conversations with clients take literally 20 minutes to type as the whole app starts lagging behind. Its the most irritating thing when you need to contact clients urgently but urgently takes 20 mins to compose. Also a FAT waste of my time, It's highly frustrating and I recall these issue being prevalent when I previously used the app (a year ago).

Working with WECASA has given me a life work balance, flexible, consistent, reliable and supportive ...I love the fact that I am a WECASA PRO.

I think the app needs work. It seems every time you go for a cleaning job, you're going in blind, and clients have unrealistic expectations. It should be mandatory for them to specify what kind of clean it is, particularly as they always choose low rates and WePro take a big cut even when you use your own products.

Your notifications center is now even more accessible! Find all your notifications from the menu in your app. Your home page now highlights your appointments for the day. Another new feature: the status of your payment is now visible on your appointments page!
