I've been using this svc for about 4 mths. Works great with no problems. The plans are really good deals and the connection is great. Customer service is positive, helpful and efficient(Thanks Elaine). I can't speak for anyone else, but my experience has been nothing but awesome all around. I use the monthly USA Data packages. They really last and don't run out fast. I also love the Wi-Fi device. If you're having any problems... Check your settings out. That could very likely be the issue.

Very suspicious activity, I got to work and everything was unplugged as in nothing connected to my glocal me internet,I was at 5.30 gb. Then, all of a sudden, the data starts dropping!!!!! I literally recorded a video of it. It went from 5.30gn to 4.10. Even now, it's still dropping, and everything has been optimized. Nothing is connected to it. In my opinion, they are burning your data on purpose. Very very suspicious

Multiple years of use, very pleased. First devices/service & then app as they are necessarily intertwined: Used them for years & recently upgraded device. GlocalMe & wifi both have great connectivity, simple UI on the Numen Air. Data has reasonable costs, customer service is good. The app is very stripped-down, nothing pretty. Doesn't need to be - it is easy to use & works. Simple, useful, gets the job done reliably and quickly - which are what matter. Room for improvement, but great.
