I have tried opening my account twice with his app, even after completing the online KYC this has been a nightmare and whenever you try to connect with customer support or raise a ticket they just send out an automated email to send all the hard copies of documents. If upstox doesn't support no paper account opening facility that should be clearly stated. Highly disappointing!!! No one has contacted me yet.

This is an excellent app. However I feel the UI could do a bit more of fine tuning. As a user, one is primarily interested in placing orders, checking funds/balances, checking holdings, reviewing the state of the market, etc. Tabs/buttons for these should be easily visible on opening. Not the case right now but it's very good anyway. Pleasant to the eye and easy to use.

Basic and most important feature is missing. After purchasing a stock or option, live profit or loss structure is not showing as overlay in the chart. It takes lot of time to buy or sell a scrip because of such a long process in UI. Its really irritating. Switched from Angel One to Upstox but now feel that Angel was much much better. It seems like the developers are thinking of themselves while designing but not as a user. Very much disappointed.
