About this app

We have developed an application that realizes blending work support by interlocking with the blending search and rock microcomputer scale IV of automotive paints provided by Rock Paint Co., Ltd. By using "Auto Color Recipe", it is possible to search for automotive refinishing paints and tones in conjunction with ROCK COLOR MIXING DATA (hereafter, RCMD), our toning mixture data search system.


■ Main functions
[Search for automotive paints]
In conjunction with -RCMD, you can search for automotive paints by specifying the paint type, manufacturer name, and product number, and display the composition data.
- Display the actual vehicle code data of the search results by operating the left and right buttons on the recipe screen.
-In the case of multi-tone color, you can switch the layer data display by operating the up and down buttons on the recipe screen.
-Read the QR code on the Rock Handy Version Sample Book to search for automotive paints.


[Support for formulation of automotive paints]
-By connecting ROCK MICROCOM SCALE IV via Bluetooth, it supports the blending work of automotive paints.
-In conjunction with ROCK MICOM SCALE IV, the required weight of the paint being mixed is displayed in real time.
- Bar display of paint during blending and beep sound to warn against overfilling.
-In conjunction with Rock Microcomputer Scale IV, it navigates the primary colors required for recipes.


[Paint replacement function]
-If the searched combination data contains primary colors to be replaced, we will guide you to the calculated reference data.
-When replacing the searched formula data with other paint types, we will provide reference data based on calculations.


■ Precautions
・Additional ROCK Microcomputer Scale IV and Bluetooth-serial conversion adapter are required to mix the searched automotive paint.
・When the terminal enters sleep mode, the Bluetooth connection with Rock Microcomputer Scale IV may be disconnected.
　Please set the sleep function of the terminal to OFF before using.
・The color image displayed on the search results screen is intended to convey the image.
In addition, the color of the image may differ depending on your environment.
・For reproduction confirmation of vehicle data, please refer to the lock actual vehicle handy version sample book issued by our company.
However, depending on the painting conditions, etc., there may be errors in the reproduction results.
・About [Calculation data]
　Computed data is data calculated using our original logic. Displayed when converting to a different paint type or when converting from discontinued primary color data.
・When using multi-tone colors, please check the top and bottom color settings in the color image (image) and our sample book.
