I love this app very much, but I have some complaints. Firstly the data purchase is high apart from very few ones that always got sold out on time, secondly, I often receive system upgrade notifications when I am trying to check my due dates and usage. Thirdly, is it possible to make the payment more seamless than it is?

I am quite annoyed by the service Less than a week after my router was set up it stopped working And the customer service is basically unreachable I am very annoyed with this service.

Terrible, non-existent customer service. I've not had internet for 7 days now, yet I can not get through to anyone. How can a company be this incompetent? There is no communication on why their service has been offline. If you call, their number is offline. Like, I'm not even sure. Has the company gone under? Are they still functioning? What is happening?
