Ratings and reviews

Do not subscribe to this app. Numerous issues with the application and website: Data Discrepancies: Sync and accuracy issues. Poor Performance: Slow and unresponsive. Limited Features: Many functionalities unsupported. Terrible Support: Often told to contact BSE MF, no help with queries, and responses only after persistent follow-ups. Reached out to senior management, including CEO & RM Head, for unsubscription & refund—no response for a month. Before subscription, they follow up multiple times.

Lately the service has been verypoor, Relationship manager not responding to calls or msgs, and even if they receive my call, they will say, I will check with backend team n they don't call back. Sip data not updated timely.

Dear OFA walo, You have a very good RM team and excellent support. The tech team lags in some matters. You need a lot of work on SIP reporting system. The SIP report on app is completely unreliable. Also there is no provision for missed/bounced SIP alerts to advisor and client. Also the query management system should also be extended to clients so that they can report concerns. Otherwise the overall feel and user friendliness is excellent. Just download and use it.
