This is a wonderful app it is a place of hope and gives people a place to share there story's about having a incarcerated loved one or yourself and helps u earn points to use for data to talk to your loved ones I absolutely love this app it's very helpful. If u have been or have a incarcerated loved one this is the app to download its not solely about earning points for inmate its a safe place to share with people going thru similar experiences.

This app is not working first it won't let me log in at all I undownload and re-download and now it says my email and password combo is wrong but I can log in on the online version. It doesn't make sense I give up.

New version of app sucks. It used to be great. The people are great but don't plan on getting points until hours later if you even get them. Would not count on it to be able to talk to your loved ones. So frustrating
