About this app

Use the ScopeApp calculator and its built in mm and inch rulers to sight-in your rifle scope in the fastest and most precise way possible! ScopeApp can be used with both MOA and MIL scopes, just follow these simple steps:

1. Fire 3 shots aimed directly at the target center from a steady position, for example from a distance of 110yards or 100meters.

2. Bring your phone and walk up to the target. Make sure no one is in a firing position behind you when you do this.

3. Open ScopeApp.

4. Type in you firing distance, for example 110yard or 100meter

5. Measure the horizontal bullet drift from the center point of your 3 shots to the target's center / bullseye with the built in inch / mm ruler. Scroll down in the app to find the ruler.

6. Type in the measured horizontal bullet drift / error in inch or mm (if the horizontal error is very small proceed to 8.) and click on the "calculate scope adjustment" button

7. Adjust your scope's elevation dial (usually found on top of your scope) according to the ScopeApp MOA/MIL calculation.

8. Repeat the process for the vertical bullet drift and adjust your scope's elevation dial accordingly.

9. Done.

9. Adjust your scope's windage dial (usually found on the side of your scope) according to the ScopeApp MOA/MIL calculation
