This Indian bank app falls short on multiple fronts, making it an exercise in frustration rather than convenience. The app's speed is reminiscent of a sloth on a leisurely stroll, causing endless waiting times for even the simplest transactions. Navigating through the app feels like navigating through a maze without a map. The user interface, though is not cluttered and unintuitive, but making basic tasks unnecessarily complex.It desperately needs a major overhaul to bring it up to par

Many times app doesn't work. Connectivity issue is a regular problem, I don't know whether the issue is being addressed. Please do something about this. Second incidence of bad service, I wanted to send money less than 2500 for the first time, app gives message " amount is more than permissible limit" I don't know why I can't transfer less than 2500 to a desired account ( even if it is for the first time). Secondly the error messages are also not clear as to what procedures I need to follow.

Extremely unreliable; Far too frequently, I have been unable to use the app. Also, screenshots of completed remittances or even notifications (like a new product) are not possible, apparently due to security reasons. Screenshots need to be enabled except before completion of a transaction, as done in Google Pay; such screenshots are essential under various circumstances. There is far too much delay before the app opens. 2nd May 2024 Day by day this app is getting worse!!
