Beyond useless: Doesn't support Google Maps for navigation, it requires you to subscribe to one of several 3rd party apps. Doesn't support any form of streaming music playback. No YouTube Pro, no Spotify, no Pandora. It only supports playback of mp3s directly stored on your phone. No problem, Suzuki, let me just step into my time machine, go back to 2001, and download Napster to get a collection of mp3s. Super disappointing to spend over $15k on a new motorcycle and be given this garbage app.

Updated review: App completely drains battery in about 2 hrs (Samsung Galaxy S22), disconnects for no reason and doesn't reconnect automatically, and interferes with Cardo Freecom 4+. BTW the Cardo connect app doesn't find the unit even though the it is paired with the bike, and the sound works with all the other apps. As it is I would say that it is more of a safety hazard because you have to fiddle with it instead of focusing on the ride which defeats its very purpose. Very disappointing.

Its great for displaying real time nav via rever or google maps on the TFT (though if something goes wrong you have to full stop to relaunch), but its worthless for music. They need to develop a spotify plug-in that will let you stream music (or at least play downloaded spotify tracks) and control it using the instrument cluster. Right now if you link spotify to my spin, all it does is launch on your cell phone, which you have to use to control it (which is illegal most places).
