keeps logging me out, even logged a teller out when she was trying to help.reset my password, which I had just done. Due to all this and not being able to log in, an autopay went thru 2x , and the refused to deduct fee and interest charged . This kind of stuff has been going on for a while. I was a very dedicated and long time Severn Savings Bank customer . Not the best rates around, but customer service and loyalty to their customers made the difference. So fed up with Shore United.!!!

Transferring funds between accounts is now a two step process. The second step places the "transfer" button so far down the screen that you cannot see it. This often results in an incomplete transfer and my account gets overdrawn because of it. This was never a problem in the old app.

I was using iPhone previously and like this phone alot better. the only thing that I would change is with my online banking app. I was able to log in with face ID on apple but it seems the Samsung version of the app foesnt allow face or finger print password fill maybe for security purposes? It's not a big deal so I still gave a 5 star but it is a minor inconvenience to have to type in my long bank password.
