MEATER® is the world’s first Wireless Smart Meat Thermometer that can help you cook meats perfectly every time.

The MEATER® app, together with the MEATER® meat thermometer (sold separately at https://meater.com/shop) will change the way you cook your meals, and make it a new and exciting experience. Using patented software algorithms, the MEATER® app will give you cook time estimates, and guide you towards the juiciest steak, chicken, turkey, fish or other cut of meat that you've ever cooked.

This app requires at least one MEATER® probe to operate (sold separately at https://meater.com/shop). The MEATER® app supports all Android devices with Bluetooth® LE (Bluetooth® Smart) support, running Android 8 and Wear OS 3 or later.

Ratings and reviews

The app works well. Love having a completely wireless thermometer. The Bluetooth range is very short. If you connect it to a tablet and keep it close to the thermometer you can link to the tablet through wifi. Works great that way. Don't pay too much attention to the time estimates it gives you at least for smoking. Sometimes it's really close others it's way off.

This is a must-have tool for ANY cook, grill master, or BBQ artist. The array of items I've used it on already have more than made it worth it. Ribs, steak, chicken, pork chops, etc. And the ease of use on the app is a HUGE thumbs up! Enough can't be said about the awesome features when you're setting it up for each individual cook session. You choose the cut of meat, set the desired temperature you're aiming for, and then stand back. It'll keep track of everything from there. Including ETF

Not fully functional. Will not let me check type of meat , nor let me set a target. Internal temperature reading is 3-4 degrees below actual. Nice idea, but not quite there yet. I updated the review: product , I think is a great idea, and it works well. I think the app is acting up and is caught in a loop showing the "What to expect" over and over again. It will no doubt straighten out eventually.
