Pro: 1. The app is able to suggest suitable batteries based on the car model/year. 2. The Response was quick. Cons: 1. App asked for gps location, but Technician was not given the location. I was asked again by the technician for the location. 2. Cannot edit edit the saved cars (change its info, photo etc.). 3. When you accidentally closed the apps, you cannot trace the technicians whereabout anymore because no menu to track current order.

Always super useful, fast service, very efficient. One of the few most reliable and trustworthy service providers of the century. FYI, always check your car battery and alternator with your trusted auto mechanic. Your alternator may not be charging your battery well. Advise from the Bateriku technician.

Order Id : 1353571. Within a short period of 4 months the battery fail 2 times due to low voltage. On 24.2.24 & 26.4.24. . Batteryku still checking on the battery, no new replacement was done. How many times they need to check the battery to confirm it is faulty. It's wasting a lot of time & causing inconveniences to me. Batteryku is a reputable name in the market but when it comes to claim the services is v bad. I hv been supporting batteryku for around 10 yrs, After these???
