This app is so so buggy. It's a struggle to save any settings and videos are there and then not. It's hit or miss whether you'll ever see videos again once they are recorded, or if you can even download them from the app. Notifications are spotty. It's hard to even describe to customer service what is wrong because multiple features don't function properly.

Pretty easy to set up and manage through the app. I have the app on my smart phones working through Wifi and the bird identification function works pretty well most of the time.

Buggy software. Frequent disconnects. Zero notification. And it doesn't seem to actually show any events despite being able to see it if I scroll through manually. But even then, sometimes the videos just disappear. Great Bird Feeder but the software makes the camera useless.
