1. Most of the times this App does not open and displays message 'Something went wrong'. 2. The App when seldom opens works extremely slow. 3. Some links in the sometimes open, sometimes not. 4. Any payment made does not get updated in the App on time The internet connectivity and other Mutual Funds Apps are working fine with much better speed apart from being user friendly. We like product offering of Aditya Birla Capital. But extremely poor Mobile App functioning is a big negative point

Why there is no option of view statement? Error to download file in excel/pdf. Fonts are not proper. Chatbot is so much Irritating. Please make simple app to understand. If selected any of portfolio fund all the details need at glance, like past purchase price, date, units, nav etc.

Slowest app in my mobile. It takes time to login. It takes time to load page after login. It takes time to switch from one page to another.Pages in this app are loading and loading and loading. This app reminds me the year 2006-2007 when we had 2G internet and we had to wait 1-2 minutes to get chrom load the page. In 2024, this app is that much slow. Although we are using the 5G internet but this app is not compatible for 5G. Developers, please perform a good job to justify your salary
