Ratings and reviews

Great app. Helps me to order ahead and see all available items easily and their respective options. There are however a few issues that made me lower my rating and for which I've already contacted their customer service: - Impossible to order pickup for another day - The information required for order surveys is not displayed on the digital receipt but only on the paper one Edit: Lowered my rating because customizations are still missing, like being able to remove butter in a club sandwich.

This app is much friendlier than ordering through the website, and I really love how it allows you to load the coupon codes and use them at a later time. When ready to use one, click on it and everything included in the offer shows up! Very well thought out!

My previous 2 orders went smoothly but tonight I was unable to order with the app or from the website. Got an error and was very disappointed. Update: I still get an error when I enter my credit card info but I just realized there is option to pay when the food is delivered so I am now unblocked.
