Easy to navigate through menu and bill history. Nice to use when paying your bill.

Unable to open PDF bill after the recent update. It prompts me to download PDF reader when it's already installed = Never-ending loop.

Can't view Bill. Yes, Adobe is installed. Endless cycle of being told to download when it's there and never seeing my actual bill. PLEASE FIX IT!
