The app has some great functions, however there are quite a few issues which are quite frustrating. I have signed up for Premium membership and am unable to sign up for live notifications, which is said to be included but doesn't work. I have also noticed a significant amount of lag time when trying to add plants to 'My Care' or add and remove from my 'Favourites' at which my point the app freezes and becomes unresponsive. Am hoping that future fixes will alleviate these issues as this is one of the better plant management apps out there.

Unusable as it crashes every time I try to add a plant, location or do anything. I have to close it down and reopen it every time. It won't allow you to add a plant that isn't in their database so one plant I have, can't be added at all. I've given up with it now as the constant freezing and "not responding" message is too damn annoying.

Great informstion and advice available. However...I have tried to unsubscribe for the past 3 months to return to a basic subscription from Pro as I just wasn't using it as much as anticipated, but seem to be stuck with charges that I no longer consent to (double charges in some cases) with no way of contacting the team behind the app as the email addresses listed bounce back! I am being charged for a subscription that even Google can't find & do anything about as it isn't showing on my account
