DS Oenophoto photometer measures absorbance at specific wavelengths.
Coupled with reagents, it allows the analysis of given parameters in samples.
Developped for musts and wines, it can also be useful for similar products (ciders, vinegars, etc.)
DS Oenophoto application operates only with a DS Oenophoto device and on a digital media equipped with Bluetooth communication module.
For each parameter, a specific kit of reagents is required. Each kit enables to perform around a hundred analyses.

- Primary amino nitrogen
- Ascorbic acid
- Citric acid
- D-lactic acid
- D-malic acid

Other parameters can be analyzed if the required wavelength is available on the device.
