Ratings and reviews

App is poorly designed and does not send useful notifications. Only promos. There is no option to "Copy" text here, like the ORDER ID. Not shared via mail also. Delivery tracking is just a date that they give you. FurBot does not give notifications for any chat msg. Keeps timing out. Unhelpful automated responses. Clueless agents that need better training. They don't follow old convo, cannot give delivery info, no callbacks. Agents ignore queries & issues are marked solved w/o responding to it.

This is the worst rental service I’ve encountered. A few months ago, I rented a washing machine through this app. Recently, I noticed a leakage in the inlet. Since I had taken the Furlenco care subscription, I raised a request for repairs. However, it has been 10 days with no resolution. Every time I reach out to customer care, I only get a vague response that it will be done soon. This rental app feels like a FRAUD. I do not recommend it at all.

I didn't want to give even one start. It is next to impossible to reach out to their customers' service team. The chat bot doesn't work, and phones are always busy. Keep saying sorry, and no agents are available. It's been more than 3 weeks, I have opened a ticket with them, and they barely reply to the email and then close the ticket without even resolving the issue. It is the worst customer experience. One thing they really need to work on is their product support for their customers.
