Ratings and reviews

I couldn't give 0 or negative rating as they have the worst customer service probably. They are fraud as I placed an order 1 month back,the amount was deducted from the wallet but they didn't deliver the product not did they gave me a refund, every time I call them they say that they'll deliver my product in 2 or 3 days. Kindly do not make any purchase from this app if don't want to get scammed. The other products which were delivered were stale and they were in a very bad condition.

Very bad service and policy when it comes to their app. App is a total scam. App is not customer friendly, rather it is fraud friendly. Gyan people don't value customer money. Delivery Logistics is pathetic. You have to add money in advance. Once you register on app you start recieving calls with offers. You add money and place order they deny the offer afterwards. I have been victim twice. The delivery person used abusive words. I am uninstalling the app and will not negotiate at any cost.

App is glitchy, customer support is difficult to reach and totally useless. Update: After spending several trying to connect with the customer care, I got the order placed and then the delivery agent calls me next day at 5.45 AM. When I call back 10 minutes later, he doesn't pick and then after 5-6 calls he picks up and says your order will be cancelled because you didn't pick the call. I mean in today's time of seamless-10 minute deliveries, how pathetic can one's services be.
