Sources of tax information:
All tax information provided through our platform comes from the public web services established by the SAT so that any taxpayer in Mexico can access and download said information.

Cybersecurity and information management:
At Heru we are committed to keeping your tax information updated and accurate at all times in order to provide complete visibility over it. Likewise, we are committed to safeguarding and processing said information under strict cybersecurity measures.
Additionally, in the app, within the main menu of your Tax Profile you can find a simple and clear option called "Deregister tax account", with which you can unlink and delete your tax profile and tax data collected immediately at any time. .

Pésimo servicio tardan hasta 8 horas en contestar un mensaje no hay comunicación alguna y se atrasaron con mis declaraciones mensuales.

No contraten. No te dejan cancelar. Su proceso es larguísimo y al final te vuelven a reactivar la suscripción sin tu permiso. Te cobran y no te contestan los chats de soporte. O sea que no te dejan cancelar algo que se supone ya estaba cancelado.

No la recomiendo!! pague el plan por 10 declaraciones atrasadas el asesor me mandó un link para hacer el pago de $1430 pesos fuera de la plataforma y me hizo pagar el plan y solo me declararon 6 las cuales tengo 4 pendientes y escribo al chat y nadien me ayuda a resolver el problema y no al terminar mis declaraciones no tienen número telefónico para servicio al cliente es un asco de servicio mejor busquen el servicio con un contador que de la cara que esto no funciona . Estoy muy enojado 😡!!
