I like this game It's challenging enough to stay interesting They give you just enough to be able to keep going At least so far There are some levels that I have been stuck on for multiple days though cuz they begin to make it harder and harder the further into a level one gets There have been a lot of ads that I watched and when over the ad rebooted the game and I didn't receive the bonus I was supposed to get That's really annoying. They don't make you watch ads to play though which is nice!

Fun game but levels are seriously uneven. Level 32 is absolutely the worst level and practically impossible to pass without making a purchase. Update! Downgraded game to a 1 because I found out that every time you start a new city, it makes you repay for the automatic sick beds which is a thousand gems which comes to about $14.99! You should be able to take that with you! This game is nothing but a money racket & I'm done! Make upgrades permanent once you pay gems for them and I'll be back!

One thing I would change is the amount of coins you keep after failing a level. You only get to keep a small amount of what you had when you failed, and if the equipment you need to progress costs 1000+ coins, it takes A LONG TIME to get the amount you need. This really puts a stick in the wheel and is my major critique That said, I like the game! Look and gameplay is very similar to Clinic Mania, but in HP you get to choose the decorations in your clinic. It is also more cartoonish.
