Ratings and reviews

This app was borderline unusable even before the update, constantly not arming and slow when you need it most. Now with the update, it randomly goes into "offline" mode and won't arm, even though I have full signal on my device. The new design is horrible, I am constantly reminded to upload a pic for my site that takes up way too much screen space. Also my partitions used to be on one screen, now I have to scroll through them all. I'm getting 4 notifications for every activation. Buggy mess

Thanks for a great support experience. >||< This is a great security app. But, if it goes offline for no apparent reason, then it is useless. The one star it because unreliability and security don't mix well. Problem: It becomes unresponsive, shows as "online" but if I reboot my phone, the app is "offline". All the while I'm on the same network - online. How do I fix that?

I love the concept & loved the app itself for a few years now. But the last few months it has become increasingly sluggish. Heaven forbid I have an actual emergency because it will take 2 minutes for the app to open and be responsive enough for me to click on 'panic'. Once I disarmed and then straightaway armed my place without knowing because it was so unresponsive. When I opened my door to leave, it set off the alarm and then took some time to disarm again. Pity because it's a great app.
