Worst banking app ever experienced. After opting the UPI activation basis digital Rupay card, app auto assign a UPI I'd on register mobile number, but not allowed any UPI txns stating number mapped to another UPI. They also are not allowed to set up a new UPI ID which is mentioned as per their app due to some unknown technical reasons. App not allowing to deregister the UPI not it allow to remove the digital credit card which as per their app feature is available. Even after complaining twice

Hi! We are keen to help you! At present via the Digital Rupay Credit Card, UPI transactions can only be done to merchants. Hence at present you can't use it for personal payments. For any other queries email us at customer.service@idfcfirstbank.com

Your UI is messy and cluttered. You really need to have a smooth and clean User interface. Too many things pop up when you log in to the app. This is the worst banking app I have come across. I don't why others are finding this app useful.

Worst experience with credit card team. Mail written to them but still not resolved Giving general information again and again. But not resolving the issue. Issue: I was unable to do video KYC due to location error. So i call them and asked for KYC at home. They send me the link and I click on the link and just fill details of mine and error occur. I took the screenshot and send them in the mail on 10 July. I received their response on 20 July with same link and still same error occuring.worst
