Difficult to login to mobile app. If I switch between apps, it clears all fields. It's difficult to add the password if the app erases the user ID field. I wish it could work with LastPass. I have yet to see it work with it. In 2024 the app is still terrible. Switching between a password app and the Triangle app is a problem. Logging in is a problem.

I love TCU and the app interface is pretty good, but it is getting increasingly difficult to deposit a check, one of the main functions of online banking, to the point where it is required I write more than I have space for on the back of the check! Everyone else I've talked to neither has to write their account number or bank name and I have to write both! Even on a check with a box you can check "for mobile deposit". It keeps changing every time so they keep getting declined

I think it's gotten better. I can check my balance without even opening the account. I probably do 99% of my banking through the app now The only thing I can't make work is the virtual deposit. It takes too long to confirm and messages don't come in a timely manner, so though Ive tried 2x, i can't get it completed and it kicks me out.
