Ratings and reviews

When I took out my first loan, everything worked fine, quickly and easily. But now when I tried to apply for the second one, for the last 3 days it remained as "In Progress". No updates on approval or rejection. I sent an email along with the document as instructed and received a response that everything was successful and I could continue filling out my profile. However, when I go into the app to do the same, it still shows IN PROGRESS. It was very disappointing and upsetting It's very bad 😞

I'm unable to login to the instamomey plus app and the IRA chat bot does not show up in the app. I have sent 4 to 5 emails to customer care but everytime you all have closed the ticket without resolving the issue. My phone number has changed and the app does not give an option to login with email id. Really terrible app and customer service.

Ur e nach never works. Every time e nach gets bounced even if there is a sufficient amount in the bank. And then we have to pay the late fees and bounce charges. Apart from that you guys are still not updating your system. I have already closed the loan and it is still showing due. I am still getting mails.
