Very easy to use and simple. Which is nice, and everything just works as it should. Automations are extremely easy to create and honestly you can just set it up and never have to use the app again if you don't want. When more products are released by these guys I'll definitely be having a look at them.

very nice simple interface, working with the new iSG display offering a whole new smart home experience. Early days but so far very happy.

The app is a copy of BroadLink App. However, the LinknLink devices are very large and unreliable. No response from customer support and the Devices always disconnect from the wifi and become offline. And when they are connected 99% of the time they will be offline in the app. Very bad product and app.
