Login in procedure on the phone app is extremely annoying. It will never remember your device and wanted you to type in all the info every time you enter the app. Finger scanning feature would do the trick, keep the security level high, and improve overall user experience. It's a very common login feature used across other financial institutions.

No transaction detail on the transaction list, you need to click through each transaction to see what each transaction is for. Navigation buttons (back button on phone) do not work so you need to click on the arrow at top of page making site navigation painful. Possibly worse than the old bad byline phone app.

New review, another 3hrs, including going to the branch itself. devs, please hash and salt pw What a fail! Not only has the whole transfer process been a disaster (3hrs on help line, 2hrs in my branch location and I just gor access to my account, first time since Late February!) which is not likely this dev's fault, but the app won't even let me continue after I enter my (correct) credentials! I met another long term customer on the way out who was arriving to close her account for these issues.
