Their service is very localized. I have downloaded the app in May 2019 and tried to register. I faced issue with Registration process. The issue was, unable to upload my Shop pictures. I was been redirected to customer care and after breaking my head several times, able to make them understand the issue. After that i was been provided with Pune City Heads contact info. I reached him as well but the issue perssists. Few days back I tried to reach but pathetic Customer Service.

Please i am requesting don't use this ninja Cart i am facing very very poor bad experience i lost more money spoiling vegitable very very poor service your not get fresh vegetables this app please i am sure 100 percentage

They returned my order without my knowledge. I was waiting for delivery and called them they easily said can't find the store so delivery person returned. I lost my two days sale because of ninjacart. They made me dependent to ninjacart. Never trust this kind of apps.
