I am having to download this app nearly every day now, just won't open. Please sort out. Still having the same issues. When will I be open this app without having to reinstall all the time. Please sort this out. Sunday 17th

When the editions download its great but seems to go through periods when they don't which ruins the app. Installed it on my ipad and after several months of gave up and recently gave it another chance on my android phone but times running out and if the situation doesn't improve it'll be the end of the line. The Daily Express works perfectly so it can be done.

Absolute nightmare. WARNING: do not subscribe through the Android app, it doesn't work! I was unable to login after paying for annual subscription, it kept telling me 'User does not have entitlement for requested product', even though I could see a valid subscription. I then wasted half an hour on the phone to The Sun Digital newspaper support who told me I needed to contact Google for a refund as I paid via play store. Total nightmare.
