Ratings and reviews

New update seems better except for it crashes after the commercial plays. It either completely fails, does not continue with the newscast, or continues with no sound. You have to physically press play after the commercial no matter what. I'm on a Pixel 8 Pro so the phone is not the issue. Why can't it simply play a newscast straight through??

As a few others have said, if you like the *idea* of this app, but hate the current version, search & find version 1.6.1 and load that (and disable updates on Google Play). You will have settings to choose your resolution, chromecast support and the ability to pause, FF, REW or start from the beginning on live broadcasts. I don't understand how they could strip SO much functionality from the old version and call it an "upgrade". Current version is pretty much complete garbage.

I don't enjoy watching ads that allow the use of profanity, the "Nicorette Commercial" Nonetheless, I enjoy a news app that offers a wide range of news across the states. I love having the opportunity of viewing news from every major city in the US, at any given time of the day!!!!! The news is fairly current, informative and very interesting, I can control when I choose to view. I would however, love to see each state broadcast live, Thank you, NewsON!!!!!!
