Worst experience ever. Paid for the online course and the app is stuck on logo screen . Tried everything. Cleared cache, data ,restarted mobile, uninstalled and installed again. But nothing is working

There are too much lags 8n the app while watching the lectures which is very disturbing .

The lecture quality is good. Study materials covers the content very well. With that aspect Next IAS courses are one of the best. There is some need to improve the real time support and doubt clarity. Issue is with the infrastructure. Firstly, there is a lag of 30 sec between query input in the chat and when it reaches to faculty. Second, Faculty doesn't have any option to scroll chat slowly. Sometime lots of chat input by different student is the reason that some important questions are missed.
