This app greatly needs tablet landscape view. I can watch the cameras on full screen but then it auto rotates 90° anti clock wise to do anything else. Its not very helpful to interact with your head turned sideways. It doesn't do this on the monitor, so I dont see why tablets cant be the same. Other than that its a hand app on the phone and works really well on there. Easy to navigate and interact with a clean interface.

This app does not send notifications or emails when motion is detected. I have granted all permissive, I have turned on all notifications, I have even turned off battery optimization for this app so that it can keep running in the background yet still no notifications which is very important to me. Now I'm stuck with a $500 OOSSXX camera system that uses this app that doesn't send notifications

No customer service even after 5 emails No notifications or emails on any device. The cameras are great and so is the NVR. I wish someone would respond to my request for help.
