Very bad support on this application also not given any solution from this app and unable to direct connect with the support concern person also not having any option in IVR to directly connect with the support agent. Thanks for support for resolving problems now my issue has been resolved by escalation team of one assist. Ome more thing, After a lot of hard work I found this solution, it was not as easy as I thought because regarding this I had to communicate through mail, Because we are Stil

The UI is good!! Very simple But I get the error the app keeps closing. Also so far haven't received any update regarding the pickup. But the staff was prompt in reaching out to me and addressing my concerns. I also got the refund within 48 hours of collecting the malfunctioning device. Excellent service!
