Lousy app. The speaker phone is difficult to use and usually doesn't work. My caller I.D. is supposed to by my companies, but instead, they're using a different caller ID for me, making me look unprofessional and untrusted. I tried to cancel on the app and couldn't. You have to call the # to cancel, which I did. I was put on hold forever and never got ahold of somebody to cancel. Very frustrating. Terrible app and company.

This app is the worst phone app I have ever been forced to use. I miss calls and texts all the time. I don't get to read texts in the notification pop up. I don't have caller ID in my call history or with inbound calls. I don't have voicemail transcriptions. And if the app is in my systems tray, text notifications don't come through.

It is nearly impossible to send a text and it takes forever to receive a text with this app please fix it the old app worked fine. Update: they still haven't fixed the app. It is completely useless! Update 6/28/22. Can't even open the app without it crashing immediately. Worst app ever. Can't conduct business remotely. Have to use my laptop instead of my cell phone. Can't make or receive calls on my cell.
