I purchased the ad free version of this game. Sadly it would not sync to my new phone. Not only have I lost all progress, but I've also lost the ad free version. support was most helpful in trying to address the problem, but none of their troubleshooting suggestions worked. Finally they offered a refund but have not followed through despite several prompts. Most disappointing and maybe a little unscrupulous.

I do enjoy this game, its a great way to unwind and some of the pictures can be quite challenging. My biggest complaint is every few seconds a pop up appears for you to watch an ad to get hints. There doesn't seem to be any way to turn this off. I paid to have ads turned off and I dont have any interest in hints. This pop up can be very frustrating. If it only occurred once it would be fine but it is literally every 5 seconds

Pretty Great App. The coloring is super relaxing and I leterally lose time because it's great to use. My only negative notes are it's hard to navigate. I wish there were group tabs for your completed pictures separating them by their groups. Also, I wish it cycled your completed pictures to the bottom of each group so you didn't have to scroll so far to get to the uncolored pictures, or just removed them and showcased them only in your completed folder.
