Proptia is the premier cloud-based visitor management software for forward-thinking residential and commercial properties. This is the official Proptia mobile app that allows residents and employees to manage their visitor list, register visitors and vendors, and issue digital ePasses.

Register events and guest lists
Email or Text your visitors a digital ePass
Visitors can access via manned attendant station or telephone entry systems
View visitor history
Submit Incidents with pictures and GPS location

Too many bugs. App does not work properly on android and does not send text on email.

This app is not compatible with an android...lots of bugs.

Buggy, yet somehow oversimplified, poor excuse of an app.
