Unable to open app, logo coming and going, coming and going nothing happen even no page opening, please fix it asap so it will work on my mobile gionee A1. Today i downlaod app again 5th time but no changes. No update no reply from customer care. Very poor support on app to fix it😥😥

I have formatted my phone due to some problem. If I reconnect the application, It is showing that already logged in other device. I couldn't login in the device after format. Help me out for the error.

I did a recharge of 3 ro to my phone. The amount has been debited from my bank account but so far the amount has not been credted to my Renna Account. The Customer Service team asks me to wait for 24 hours. Please refund my amount at the earliest.
