I must say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of delivery speed and service quality. From the moment I placed my order, the process was smooth and efficient. The app interface is user-friendly, making it easy to browse through various rental options and complete the booking in just a few taps. What truly impressed me was the lightning-fast delivery. The item I rented but the worst thing was it's take fees again and again Idk what kind of charges of that , without any transaction info

updated rating: The biggest frustration is their delivery system. They are never on time and don't leave without a tip. Once I refused to pay the tip, the delivery guy first requested me to open the app and then tried to take the phone multiple times from my hand. He forced me to rate 5 stars and insisted on taking a picture of the 5 rated stars stating it's a requirement. Using their service since 1.5 years, app itself is not bad, the prices and condition of the furniture is good.

The delivery and installation person were cooperative and quick. However, the overall experience with the app, the customer care professionals and working of rentomojo as a company was beyond disappointing. Never recommending it or using it again for myself. They don't even have a transparent customer care number and expect you to use their chatbot. No provision to choose the delivery date and time and a complete waste of time for students and working professionals.
