The app works okay. It didn't work on one phone and I had to use an old one to control the bed so that's why I left it at 3 stars. Otherwise it works pretty well but it's annoying to switch between pumps if you have the queen bed with two pumps. It can use some improvement but it's useable and once your setting for the bed are dialed in you won't really need to open it very often at all.

I love the bed and enjoyed what the app provided, for the 2 days it let me connect to it while on wifi... I have been unable to find the bed for almost 2 weeks now and when calling customer support they never answer or call back. About 2 months with the bed now and this app just won't connect to the bed consistently, I see the beds on the network but the app fails to see them.

The app is ok. The functions are great when working properly. My problem is that the app often can't find the bed. The biggest problem is that while the bed is extremely comfortable (when the sensors are working properly), the sensors seem to keep going bad. We have had them replaced 3 times already and need them replaced again now. We've only had the bed just over 6 months. It's starting to become more hassle than it's worth.
