It's OK, but, it is absurd that you cannot edit or delete a prealert and have to wait then respond to the email request for documentation and call the office in order have it corrected. So people on the go who happens to make a small error with the prealert now have to waste time instead of having the facility to edit/delete the prealert directly. Very Poor!

Its a near perfect app on certain phones once you have the latest update. I hate having to continuously check the app and refresh the page to track my package. When my old phone that I don't use anymore gets notifications instantly. I've also noticed my wife's app looks different to mine. I can't update it in the playstore and she gets notifications instantly. I don't think it has to do with the app either because my old phone that gets notifications uses a similar looking app as my new phone.

Just fx the pre-alert issue, and you're a 5 STAR... It's a major inconvenience. Was told by websource to update the app, but up to now, I see no updates available. I think the problem stems from the tracking "portal" that by itself isn't working, so maybe that's why the pre alert is malfunctioning... please fix this ASAP. and give us the option to delete existing pre alerts.
